This certifies___________________________________, here referred to as mare owner, has engaged one service to Sneak Preview for the mare_________________________________ #__________________ Sire__________________________ Dam________________________ for the year 20___ season at $__________.

1. The following fees are applicable and must be paid prior to shipment of semen.
       (a) A non-refundable booking fee of $____________ is due at the signing and acceptance of this contract.
       (b) A non-refundable balance of the breeding fee of $_______  is due before semen is shipped.
       (c) Collection and processing fee of $________ is due before semen is shipped.
   
2. Collection and processing fees are as follows:
      $250.00 for Federal Express Priority Overnight Delivery. (this fee covers 2 shipments of semen)
      $100.00 additional fee per shipment for Same Day Service.
      Mare owner is responsible for returning the container to the breeder at Mare owner's expense via Federal Express or UPS 2 Day Air.
      
3. A photostatic copy of mares registration papers and a Veterinarian's certificate, including a current uterine culture, worming, and immunization records shall be furnished to the Breeder prior to the transportation of semen. The Mare Owner agrees that each mare offered for breeding shall be in sound breeding condition and free from infection or disease.
   
4. Shipping days will be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. The breeder must be notified no late than 5:00pm eastern standard time the day before semen is requested.  Semen will be shipped on collections days only on an "as available basis".  Mares sent to Breeder will receive preference for semen availability.
   
5. The Breeder agrees to diligently try to settle the above named mare by the use of cooled shipped semen. If, however, the mare does not settle, the Breeder shall be held blameless.
   
6. Gene Parker Farms agrees to ship semen through one breeding season, February 1st through July 1st. If the mare fails to conceive during the breeding season, the Mare Owner will be required to send mare to the farm to be bred.  Special consideration for mare over a distance of 1000 miles.
   
7. Live Foal Guarantee. Live foal means the foal shall stand and nurse. It is understood that if the mare proves barren, aborts her foal, or if the foal is stillborn, a return season will be guaranteed the following year only, providing proper notification is given. Proper notification shall be defined as follows: Written certification by a licensed Veterinarian within seven days that the mare has slipped or produced a nonviable foal. Mare Owner verifies that such abortion or death did not result from any act or omission of the Owner.
   
8. If the above named mare dies, or becomes unfit for service during the breeding season, the Mare Owner may substitute another mare that is agreed to by both the Mare Owner and Breeder.
   
9. If the above named stallion dies, or becomes unfit for service, this contract shall become null and void. The stallion breeding fee will be refunded to the Mare Owner only if the above named stallion dies AND the mare proves barren, aborts her foal, or if the foal is stillborn. For no other reason than the stallion dying will money be refunded.
   
10. Any litigation that may result from this contract must take place in Robeson County, N. Carolina only.
